The weather was perfect today! The Monterey Bay Aquarium is a great place to take the family. We spent a good 4 1/2 hours looking around.
Finished work early to go to Chinatown and Ward. Here’s what’s going on!
If you’ve never been to the shops recently in Chinatown check out some of my favorite shops like Owen & Co. for local and imported gifts, art, clothing and accessories. It’s like a mini Anthropologie. Also, Fighting Eel always has the best knits in town! LOVE LOVE LOVE the new pineapple print! In Ward at the TJ Maxx building go see OUTFIT featuring talented local designers including my friends from the ultra hip I AM. Shop. It’s fashion month in Honolulu!!!
Okay so I’ve completed the last day of my transformation. So now what? I’ve lost 5lbs. I lost 4 inches in my waist, 2 inches off each thigh and 1inch of each arm! I’ll continue to use Purium products because of it’s high in nutrients. I have tons of energy and it’s all so YUMMY! I no longer need coffee, I sleep well and my eyes pop open at 5am sharp!!!
I know I’m a little behind in my posting. But here’s the just if the past 3 days! I continue feel light and clear minded each day. Yesterday was my son’s birthday. I had a meal, I shared a green salad with my mom and could barely finish it! The rest if the day I stuck with the program. I hit a little plateau in the weight loss area but finally dropped one more pound yesterday which means nothing to me since I am down 6 inches in my waist, thighs and arms! 3 of those inches in my waist! Yesterday, I went to the restroom and when I looked in the mirror there was a little bit of light passing through my thighs !! (I swear I heard angels singing at that moment,) Now I know other females will understand that this is like some sort of benchmark! At least for me, I can’t remember the last time I could see that light! YAY!!!
Although I had no weight loss today, I took measurements and I have lost a total of 6″ off of my waist, thighs and arms. WOOHOO! Last night I went to a bridal shower and there were some fresh fruits and veggies. I did have a tiny portion of edamame rice. Surprisingly, I didn’t crave any more than that even though that edamame rice was SO ONO!! I used to have a hard time getting up at 6 am, now my eyes pop open at 5 am and I am already wanting to start being productive!
AAAHHHH!! I’m so excited to post my first post!! One of our favorite things to do as a family is to go camping and hiking.
